Poulnagollum is Irelands longest cave and the third deepest cave and is found here in the Burren. It is 140 metres deep and runs for over 15km. It is found on the eastern slopes of Slieve Elva mountain close to Lisdoonvarna.
The Great Stalactite at Pol na Lonain, known as Doolin Cave, was discovered in 1952. It measures 6.54 metres (20 feet) in length. Please see Doolin cave for more information.
